Solicitations

In order to access the specific Request for Proposal (RFP), please see below to determine which Catchment Area the office(s) where you will be providing services is located.  Under each Catchment Area, is a list of specific services for which we need a Blanket Purchase Agreement in that geographic area.   Click on the type of service you are able to provide and the specific RFP for that service in that Catchment Area will appear.  If you are interested in providing multiple services in one Catchment Area, or the same service in different Catchment Areas, you will need to submit a separate RFP for each.   In some areas and for some services, we may issue a Competitive Purchase Order (CPO) or Non-Competitive Purchase Order (NCPO), rather than a Blanket Purchase Agreement.

Interested treatment providers are requested to print the RFP and read it carefully.  It is important that you prepare the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with the instructions that are noted in Section L of the (BPA).  Proposals will be awarded on the basis of initial offers submitted, and each offer should contain your organization’s best terms from a cost and technical standpoint.  THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY TO MODIFY YOUR PROPOSAL.  Please read your RFP carefully; do not rely on knowledge of previous Federal procurement procedures.  The term for a Blanket Purchase Agreement is twelve (12) months, with a provision that allows the Government to unilaterally extend the Agreement for an additional two years, at two, twelve (12) month intervals, at the Government’s discretion.  A vendor must be capable of providing ALL SERVICES identified in Section “B,” and within the geographic area identified.  Thank you for your interest in providing treatment services to our federal offenders.
